These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of service ("Service") by Elena By booking or scheduling a massage service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not book the service.
Service
1.1. Service Provided: Professional massage service is not an invitation to sexual services.
1.2. Appointments: A massage service can be booked via WhatsApp, subject to my availability. For additional information, please check the FAQs section. Note that holidays or breaks will be announced on my profile.
1.3. Licensing: I hold the necessary certification, experience, skills, and expertise to perform the massage service.
Client Responsibilities.
1.4. Bookings: To book a massage service with me you must be at least 18 years of age.
1.5 Professional Massages: I perform neither sexual intercouse nor oral sex. Before the session commences, please have a shower.
1.6 Breach of terms: Any breach of terms may result in an immediate and permanent ban from massage service without refunds.
2.1. Health Information: You must provide accurate and complete details regarding your health status, medical history, and any conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect the massage service.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
3.1. Payment: Payment for the massage service is required upfront upon my arrival in cash, bank transfer.
3.2. Cancellations: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will incur the full massage service charge.
Liability and Indemnification
4.1. Limitation of Liability: I should not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of the massage service, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or loss of income.
4.2. Indemnification: Client agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses related to the use of the massage service.
Confidentiality and Privacy
5.1. Confidentiality: Client confidentiality will be maintained, and personal or health-related information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
5.2. Privacy: Privacy practices are governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Amendments
I reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the website.

By booking a massage service at your home, bedroom, hotel room, or bed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book massage service. Thank you.
